The Northern New York Library Network has the facilities you may be looking for, and it’s conveniently located right here in St. Lawrence County on Route 11 between Potsdam and Canton, NY. The Network has opened up its facilities to be used by businesses and industries that require a location for a meeting or workshop.

As many business people are aware, most computer or lecture workshops easily run $199 per person, per day to attend, and that does not include travel and other accommodations. The Network’s facilities allow for agencies to conduct a full day of training at a fraction of that cost.

Traveling for business meetings is another time consuming and high expense many businesses and organizations face. But in utilizing the Network’s teleconferencing capabilities, those factors are nearly eliminated.

	The Computer Lab has a 20-station capacity, plus a station for the instructor, and is Internet-ready. There is also a "Smart Board" for the instructor's usage. Computers are equipped with Windows XP. A wireless microphone is also available. The fee is: $250.00 per day.
	The Meeting Room has a 60-seat capacity for theater style seating (shown here), or 40-seat capacity with tables and chairs. This room has a digital projector, and wireless or ethernet connections. A wireless microphone is also available. The fee is: $130.00 per day; $65.00 half-day rate (maximum of 4 hours).
	The Conference Room has a 20-seat capacity, with wireless or ethernet connections. The fee is $100.00 per day; $50.00 half-day rate (maximum of 4 hours).

The Network's facilities are handicapped accessible; open year-round, Monday- Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and provide free, on-site parking for all participants.
