Automation Committee The terms of four members of the Regional Automation Committee will expire on June 30, 2008. These seats are currently held by Paul Doty, St. Lawrence University; Tom Lawrence, Ogdensburg Correctional Facility; Elizabeth Rogers, Clinton-Essex-Franklin Library System; and Amy Degnan, North Country Library System. The Regional Automation Committee is responsible for developing recommendations for the annual plan for regional automation activities. Smaller subsets of this committee are occasionally formed for special purposes. The Board of Trustees appoints members of this committee for a three-year term. Membership Directory Member institutions of the Northern New York Library Network should have recently received a notice regarding the publication of the 2008-2009 Membership Directory. Directors are being asked to review the material the Network has on their institution and update any information as needed. The Directory is expected to go to the printers in May with distribution in June. All member institutions are asked to respond by May 7, 2008, even if no changes need to be made.
