Monday, Sept. 3 - The NNYLN office will be closed in observance of Labor Day.
Friday, Sept. 7 - "QuickBooks, Level 2" will be held from 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at the
NNYLN in Potsdam. The fee is $15.00 for library staff, and $59.95 for all others. Lunch will be
included.
Saturday, Sept. 8 - The DHP Jefferson-Lewis-Oswego Fall Regional Roundtable will be held
from 9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the Jefferson County Historical Society in Watertown. The topic of
discussion will be "Exhibits on a Shoestring Budget." There is no fee to attend, and an optional
lunch will be available for a fee.
Thursday, Sept. 13 & Friday, Sept. 14 - "Volunteer Programs: How to Recruit Volunteers and
Manage a Successful Volunteer Program" will be held Sept. 13 at the Best Western Mountain Inn in
Saranac Lake, and on Sept. 14 at the Holiday Inn Express in Watertown. Both classes will run from
8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. There is no fee to attend.
Monday, Sept. 17 - "Microsoft Word: Intermediate Level" will be held from 9:00 a.m. -
3:30 p.m. at the NNYLN in Potsdam. The fee is $15.00 for library staff, and $59.95 for all others.
Lunch will be included.
Monday, Sept. 24 - "Geeks Bearing Gifts: Unwrapping New Technology Trends" will be held
from 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the NNYLN in Potsdam. The fee is $10.00 for library staff, and $29.95
for all others.
Saturday, Sept. 29 - The DHP Clinton-Essex Fall Regional Roundtable will be held from 9:30
a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the Lake Placid North Elba Historical Society in Lake Placid. The topic of
discussion will be "Exhibition Techniques." There is no fee to attend.
Thursday, Sept. 27 - The North Country Digital History group will meet at 10:30 a.m. at
the NNYLN in Potsdam.
Friday, Sept. 28 - The NNYLN’s Automation Committee will meet at 10:30 a.m. at the
Network’s office in Potsdam.
