ILLiad Meeting Scheduled

The NNY Library Network has scheduled a meeting on ILLiad, the OCLC Interlibrary Loan management software, for Thursday, November 16, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. at its office in Potsdam.

Current ILLiad users, as well as those who are considering use or want to find out more about this system, are invited to attend.

The Network has been told that SUNY will be using ILLiad as the basis of future SUNY-wide resource sharing plans, so all SUNY units should be interested.

Archives Information Update

Archives Week is being held October 8-14, 2006. Please see page 5 of this newsletter for a listing of events being held in the Network’s region this year.

The "Directory of Archival and Historical Document Collections" is currently being updated. Archives, repositories, museums and libraries who have not yet submitted their updates to the Network are asked to do so by October 16, 2006.
