Sept. 4, Monday - The NNYLN office will be closed in observance of Labor Day.

Sept. 7, Thursday - Part One of the North Country Preservation Series, "Basic Preservation," will be held from 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at the NNYLN in Potsdam. The cost is $15.00 for library / museum /archives staff members, and $59.95 for all others. Lunch is included.

Sept. 8, Friday - "QuickBooks, Level II" will be held from 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at the NNYLN in Potsdam. The cost is $15.00 for library staff members, and $59.95 for all others. Lunch is included.

Sept. 14, Thursday - There will be a meeting of the NNYLN Board of Trustees at 10:00 a.m. at the Network office.

Sept. 16, Saturday - The DHP Clinton-Essex Counties Fall Regional Roundtable will be held from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the Newcomb Historical Society. The topic of discussion is "Preservation Archiving on a Shoe-String Budget." There is no fee to attend, but registration with the NNYLN is appreciated. Following the Roundtable, from 1:00-5:00 p.m. there will be a wagon ride into Historic Great Camp Santanoni for a fee of $15.00. Contact Margaret Gibbs to register at 518-873-6466.
