Amy Bedard is the new Library Director at the Miner Institute, where she started June 1, 2006.

She is a life-long resident of Plattsburgh and grew up on a dairy farm, where she continued to work throughout her undergraduate days and while completing her M.S.L.S. She has a B.S. in English from SUNY Plattsburgh and an M.S.L.S. from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
