Archives Week 2005

Repositories taking part in Archives Week 2005, running from October 9-15, are asked to submit their itinerary of events to the NNYLN by September 23.

Information submitted should include the following: date(s) of event, time, location/address, sponsoring organization, county, contact name and number, type of program, title of program, description of program.

The Network will be submitting this information to the State Archives for inclusion on its website. The Network will also submit a press release to area newspapers, but individual repositories are encouraged to submit a more in-depth release on their own.

"In The Face Of Disaster"

Repositories that would like a printed copy of the "In the Face of Disaster" preparing for emergencies manual are asked to contact the Network to have one mailed to them.
