The NNYLN Has A New Look At 40

In celebration of the NNY Library Network’s 40th anniversary, a fresh, new website has been published.

The new design will make it even easier for visitors to find the online information they are looking for. New pages have been added to allow for more specific avenues to find what the Network has to offer.

Who We Are has become About US, and now includes more pertinent information; Training & Workshops has been updated to better present information; and the Publications page has also been reworked. New pages include Room Reservations, Archival Programs, Member Libraries, Digitization, Information Technology and Resource Sharing. New pages to Contact Us and to Search the site have also been added, as well as a direct link to the "NNY Historical Newspapers" website. The Site Map has stayed much the same, with a complete listing of all items found within the website. The listing of area Jobs, and the ICEPAC site (see related story page 4) are still available as well.

Space for a photograph has been newly added to the site, and as different events occur at the Network, the picture will be updated. Be sure to check back to the site on a regular basis to see if a familiar face is featured here!

The Network hopes all visitors will find the new format more user-friendly. The website remains www.nnyln.org and was created by Hire A Web Geek.
