The popular "Soaring to Excellence" teleconference series is now available via streaming video delivered directly to your desktop.

This year’s teleconference series, in three parts, provided practical information to help solving everyday problems. The three parts of the series are described below:

Teleconference 1: The Role of Teaching in Modern Libraries

Speakers: Debra Kakuk, Michelle Kraft, and Kelly Watson

What are the best reference tools available, both in print and online? This final teleconference for 2005 covers a number of areas related to reference, and provides library staff with the best and most up-to-date tools available on consumer medical information.
