Board Nominations

The terms of four NNYLN Board of Trustees members will expire on June 30, 2005.

Beatrice Cole of Hogansburg, Janet Decker of Coreys, Tom Lawrence of Ogdensburg Correctional Facility, and Natalia Stahl of Clarkson University have provided a total of 20 years of service, and their contributions are deeply appreciated.

This year’s Nominating Committee is soliciting suggestions for nominations for these seats. If you have suggestions for individuals you feel would be good representatives for libraries and good advocates for the library community, please send their names by April 1, 2005 to: Nominating Committee, NNYLN, 6721 US HWY 11, Potsdam, NY 13676.

CE Schedule Distributed

The Spring/Summer 2005 Continuing Education Schedule was recently mailed out. This booklet is jam-packed with new courses as well as some old favorites. Please remember to check the Network’s website to get the most accurate and updated information on all classes. New classes may be added, or changes may be made to existing classes.
