Grant Writing Date Change

The summer dates for "Grant Writing for Librarians" have been changed.

The originally scheduled June 11 event in Potsdam will now be held August 25. The originally scheduled June 18 event in Plattsburgh will now be held August 31.

The speaker will be Kathleen Gundrum of NYLINK.

Serials Union Lists on OCLC

Information about member libraries' serials holdings is maintained on the OCLC system and a copy of that information is imported into the ICEPAC union catalog once a year. OCLC full members maintain their own holdings information; the Network office maintains the holdings information for other members.

The Network can order an individual library serials list for your library. You can use this list to compare your actual holdings with what is listed on OCLC. This will eliminate ILL requests for items that you no longer own. If you would like the Network to order a list for your library at no charge to you, please contact Tom Blauvelt, blauvelt@northnet.org.
