Continuing Education Survey

The Northern New York Library Network is conducting its biennial needs assessment for its continuing education program.

Your opinions are important to us, and form the basis of the schedule of programs we plan over the coming year. You will receive an email invitation to follow a link to an on- line survey of continuing education needs.

We hope you'll take a moment to compete this survey. The results will be used to plan workshops and other events over the next 12 months.

NNY Library Friends

The "NNY Library Friends" website has been updated in preparation for the review and discussion in Albany of the 2004 state budget.

It’s not too early to contact the governor and your state legislative representatives and inform them on how important you feel libraries are. Librarians are also encouraged to urge their patrons to drop these political leaders a note in support of libraries.

All of the information needed to contact those in Albany has been made available on the "NNY Library Friends" website, which can be found at www.nnylibraryfriends.org.
