The Northern New York Library Network’s 38th Annual Meeting was held May 22, 2003 at the Riveredge Resort in Alexandria Bay. The Guest Speaker was Jim Snack with the HUMOR Project.

Mary Alice O'Mara was suprisesd by the announcement she is the recipient of the Award for Excellence. Outgoing NNYLN Board Member Shirley Ellsworth (center) was honored for her years of service.
