Circuit Librarian Is Sought Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown is seeking a Circuit Librarian to provide services to hospitals in rural Northern New York. The Circuit Librarian plans, organizes and implements library services at participating institutions in a four county area. The position requires an MLS, a car, and the ability to work independently. Salary in low to mid-thirties depending on experience. Library Media Specialist There is an immediate opening for a full-time elementary library media specialist in the Lake Placid School District. The library was renovated recently and is being automated, serves about 450 students and has an 80 percent teaching assistant. The principal is a former school library media specialist and the entire administration is very supportive.
