Mark Your Calendar ... April 4 - The NNYLN Board of Trustees will meet at 10:00 a.m. at the Network office. April 5 - "Excel: Beyond Beginners" will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the NNYLY’s Computer Lab. Lunch will be included. April 15 - "Electronic Journals and Electronic Books" will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the NNYLN’s Computer Lab. Lunch will be included. There is a $10 fee. April 19 - National Satellite Teleconference on Virtual Reference Services will be held from noon to 2:00 p.m. at SUNY Oswego, and from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the NNYLN office in Potsdam. April 27 - DHP Jefferson-Lewis-Oswego Regional Roundtable, "Care and Handling of Paper Materials" will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the South Jefferson Historical Society in Adams. April 29 - "What Your Library Has to Offer - Get the Word Out!" will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Days Inn in Watertown. Lunch will be included. This workshop will also be held on May 1 at the Holiday Inn in Plattsburgh, and on May 3 at the NNYLN in Potsdam. May 4 - DHP Clinton-Essex Regional Roundtable, "Gifts: Assets or Liabilities?" will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Clinton County Historical Association in Plattsburgh. May 10 - "Electronic Records 101" will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the NNYLN’s Meeting Room. Lunch will be included. There is a $10 fee. May 11 - DHP Franklin-St. Lawrence Regional Roundtable, "Care and Handling of Collections" will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Potsdam Public Museum. May 13 - "Archives 101: The Basics" will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Days Inn in Watertown. Lunch will be included. This workshop will also be held on May 14 at Hotel Saranac in Saranac Lake. May 23 - The NNYLN will be holding its 37th annual meeting from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Lake Placid Hilton. May 27 - The NNYLN office will be closed in observance of Memorial Day.
