ICEPAC Changes The current edition of ICEPAC, the Council's online regional catalog, was released in time for the start of school in September. Librarians around the region are using ICEPAC to find and borrow materials, and are helping their patrons to use it to locate books. In order to help libraries locate addresses for participating libraries, ICEPAC now includes a link to the Regional Interlibrary Loan Directory. This directory, issued annually, is now available on line at www.nc3r.org/jlbocessls/ncdir00.htm Links to the directory are found in the staff access portion of ICEPAC, and on the Council's homepage, www.nc3r.org, on the library web sites page. Thanks to Angus Saunders, Director of the Jefferson-Lewis BOCES School Library System, for his maintenance of this publication and for making it available online. The next release of ICEPAC is planned for January 3, 2001. Libraries are requested to have their database information received at The Library Corporation by December 1 in order to have updated holdings appear in the next catalog.
