Thursday, October 9, 2008 - "Internet Access to Historical Records" will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Clinton-Essex-Franklin Library System in Plattsburgh. There is no fee to attend.

Saturday, October 18, 2008 - The Clinton-Essex Fall Regional Roundtable will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Adirondack History Center/Essex County Historical Society in Elizabethtown. The topic will be "Digitization Best Practices for Cultural Heritage Groups." There is no fee to attend, but registration is required.
Saturday, October 18, 2008 - The Franklin-St. Lawrence Fall Regional Roundtable will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Franklin County Historical & Museum Society in Malone. The topic will be "Managing Digital Assets." There is no fee to attend, but registration is required.
Saturday, October 18, 2008 - The Jefferson-Lewis-Oswego Fall Regional Roundtable will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Lewis County Historical Society in Lowville. The topic will be "A Primer in DHP Grant Writing." There is no fee to attend the Roundtable, but a $10 per person lunch is being offered. Contact Lewis County Historian Lisa Becker at 315-376-8957 to register for this event.

** Monday, October 27, 2008 - "Office 2003 to Office 2007: Transition" has been newly added to the NNYLN’s line-up of fall classes. Due to the popular demand of the class an additional section has been added to be held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Clinton-Essex-Franklin Library System in Plattsburgh. The fee is $15 for library staff, and $59.95 for all others. Lunch is included.
