Excellence Nominations The Council will present its 10th Annual award for Excellence in Library Service this year. Any staff member of any library within the Council's service area is eligible to receive this award. The award is traditionally presented at the Council's Annual Meeting in May. We encourage you to nominate someone you feel should be recognized for his/her outstanding service to libraries. To nominate a candidate for this award, you need only write a confidential letter outlining the reasons your nominee should be considered. Letters will be held in the strictest of confidence.
