II. NETWORK GOAL FOR RESOURCE SHARING: The NNYLN will promote, coordinate, and enhance resource sharing, both formally and informally, and will assist in facilitating timely and convenient access to and delivery of information.

V. NETWORK GOAL FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Library personnel will improve their professional skills and effectiveness through an ongoing program of continuing education provided the Network.
