Description: Essential Management Skills is a three part series of classes for people in management and supervisory positions. The series was created in response to requests from our members for basic management classes. In this final class of the series, students will learn why performance appraisals are a "must," what needs to be addressed in such a document, and how to conduct the performance appraisal interview. Following the presentation, participants are invited to stay for a light lunch and continued discussion.
