Archival Directory Updated This fall, the Northern New York Library Network will begin collecting data for the biennial edition of the "Directory of Archival and Historical Documents Collection 2005." Organizations listed in the Directory will be contacted for updated information in the coming weeks. Organizations that are not included, but would like to be, should send their institution’s name, street address, phone number, contact person and title, e-mail address, business hours, collection information, and restrictions to Pam Ouimet (pouimet@nnyln.org), or mail your information to her at: Northern New York Library Network, 6721 US HWY 11, Potsdam, NY 13676.

Archives Week 2004 Archives Week 2004 will be held October 10-16. The NNYLN has out a mailing and any repository interested in taking part in this year’s event is asked to fill out the information in the mailing and send it back to the Network. The Network will be forwarding the information to the New York State Archives for inclusion in the state-wide DHP calendar. The Network will also be sending a listing of the events to the media.
