Archival Programs
| The Northern New York Library Network is the regional agent for the New York State Archives’ Documentary Heritage Program. |
The Network provides on-site technical assistance, software, and continuing education for archives and local history repositories in their seven-county region.
The Network assists organizations with the scanning of their collections to be placed on the North Country Digital History site.
The Network also publishes an archival directory, as well as regular newsletters.
The 2012-2013 Documentary Heritage Program Grant Guidelines are now available. The deadline for applications for Archival Documentation and Arrangement & Description projects is Thursday, March 1, 2012. Projects are to be carried out from July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013.
